About Sampson
The story goes that Sampson possessed unbelievable strength until Delilah cut his hair.... but even though this boy is a short haired dog he still possesses an unbelievable amount of power....
Sampson is a keg on legs and ever so excitable, he knows how to throw his brawn around to get what he wants and as such will need a strong willed owner willing to put the time into his training and socialisation.
Available to a home with no children under 12, Sampson would need to be adopted to a home with no other dogs. This boy has a lot of love to give and shows so much excitement when meeting people.
Fond of balls and toys Samson will keep his new owners active with games of fetch and runs/walks around the local area.
Needing some help with his socialisation Samson would benefit from a home wanting to do some obedience training at an all breeds dog club and live in a home willing to keep him super active and enriched.
This loving boy is available by application only and is deserving of receiving as much love and joy as he will bring to his new home. If you think he sounds just like the type of dog you have been hoping to join your family. To apply to adopt Sampson please visit our website www.bendigoanimalreliefcentre.com.au and complete a pre-adoption questionnaire which you can then e-mail through to BARC with a little bit of info as to why you believe Sampson would love to join your family.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
