About Nyssa
At KPR we love our special kids and they do not come more special than our gorgeous Nyssa. We believe that our beautiful girl is actually the mother of our 2 wild girls, Bindi and Mia and the grandmother of Mia and Bindi’s puppies. Nyssa comes from the same remote area and is extremely similar in looks to the others so we were incredibly excited to welcome her into the KPR family, just a few days before Christmas. Although Nyssa clearly has blue Cattle dog genetics, her shaggy coat suggests she is part Wolfhound too. Nyssa is the most loving dog you could ever hope to meet. She truly believes that she is a lap dog and will happily sit with her humans as long as they will have her. She is the most affectionate dog that you could ever meet and is a true cuddle bunny. Nyssa is the sort of dog who loves human touch. She will bury her head in your arms and will be beside you, no matter what you are doing. There is a lot of debate over whether Nyssa can hear or not. Some days, we believe that she is totally deaf but there are other days when she can hear a treat wrapper crinkle in another room!! Nyssa is the softest, gentlest girl you could ever hope to meet but it is clear that her past has left some scars. Nyssa is scared of harnesses and leashes and will completely shut down and even pee herself if you attempt to make her walk by pulling her. We have been working on this and she is improving, and we believe that with a loving human by her side, her fear will soon be a thing of the past. Nyssa loves to be inside. She is a fantastic companion, and she is fine left alone if her human goes out. All Nyssa needs in the world is a human who will love her as much as she loves them. Nyssa is fine with other dogs, but she does prefer human company so is not suited to someone who is looking for a companion to their existing dog. Once she feels safe, Nyssa is an incredibly happy, goofy and unique girl and whoever gets to share their life with her will be incredibly lucky – Sam 😊 PLEASE NOTE: This pet is located in Darling Heights.
