On Hold
Kismet is a loving & affectionate little fellow who loves chasing flies & running.
He is not suitable for a quiet home or a home with small children, as he is a big boisterous dog in a small dogs body.
He is very happy sitting on your lap, once he has used up some of his excess energy, he also loves water, & sitting on your lap whilst soaking wet makes him very happy.
Having another small dog to play with is a must, as is someone who has plenty of time to spend with him. He is not a set & forget little fellow, but one who needs to be involved in what ever you are doing.
Kismet is an escape artist & needs high secure fences so he cant go looking for others to play with. For the right home he will be the perfect dog, but for the wrong home, one who doesn't give him the time, training & guidance required as well as the exercise he needs, he will become very bored.
If you would like to adopt a country pet there are a few requirements.
A chat with the foster carer is the first step to determine if the pet is the right one for you and your lifrstyle. A yard check while having a meet and greet is the next step and if all is satisfactory for all parties the adoption can go ahead.
The perfect home for each individual pet is essential, and the decision about which new home the pet goes to is made by the foster carer.
