About Buddy ~ 2 y/o cat (on trial 27/1/21)
Little buddy was brought into Mayfield Vet recently after being found as a stray. The first sign that Buddy might be an extra special cat was that the vet nurse took a bit of time bringing him out to me to take home... because everyone needed to say goodbye. They were so close to keeping him as a clinic cat! He’s just that rad.
You may ask, what was little Buddy doing on the street? His name implies he was out befriending all he encountered. His beautiful tuxedo coat makes us think he was out attending high-class parties. Maybe solving a mystery or two. Whatever it was, this little guy is ready to settle down with a family of his own. We are unsure how old he is but the vets suspect between 2-5 years old.
Buddy loves a snuggle and a head bop. He started purring, kneading and cuddling as soon as he got to his foster digs. So if you need someone to show you affection or make you feel cool, Buddy is your guy. He’s also guaranteed to tell you you’re smart and attractive in three different languages! (not a guarantee.) But, this guy would make a great boyfriend replacement.
Buddy would be fine in any household, as long as he’s able to shower his family with love. He has seen the resident cats at his foster home through a screen door. He was mildly interested but then retreated when one of them stared him down. He might go ok with other animals if the introductions are gentle.
Buddy is desexed, vaccinated and microchipped, because that’s what gentlemen do. Buddy has a benign mole on his forehead which gives him no issues. He is currently in foster care in Wallsend, Newcastle NSW. He is available for adoption to an indoor-only home and his adoption fee is $150, which includes all vet work.
