About Marley
APPLICATIONS OPEN FOR MARLEY. Must be special understanding home.
SAD NEWS. We have found out today that the lump on Marleys stomach is cancer. Marley is the sweetest little man and has become a favorite here at SMART. We are all upset to hear the news and have been told he will hopefully have another year in him. Marley needs his teeth done but due to this new problem we are not going to bother. He is happy and eating (like a horse) so why put him through extra pain. We want Marley to live a happy life until he can no more. If there is anyone out there that would like to take Marley on and love him until his time is up please inbox us. He is a special dude that loves cuddles and going for walks. He is social with the other dogs and adores people. Can you give Marley the palliative care he needs. Please contact us if you think you can help.
We have Marley down as a Australian Bulldog x staffy. He is not a large dog but bigger than a small dog.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. Just tell us the animal you are looking at and all about you, your family, other pets (desexed, breed, vaccination, etc), yard, renting?, work etc, no long drawn out forms.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
