About Oscar (42kg)
Meet gorgeous Oscar he is a sweet and sensitive soul who enjoys a stroll around the block and napping with his foster parents
He currently lives in a multi pet home with 7 different dogs and much appreciates the more respectful dogs. He really doesn’t enjoy being jumped all over.
At 42kg he still doesn’t understand he is not a lap dog and enjoys snuggling up to his humans
He is pretty well behaved young man He walks well on his gentle leader, can sit, drop, wait for his dinner, is crate trained and toilet trained.
Oscar is looking for a quieter home and will take a little time to warm up to the man of the house. once he loves and warms up to them, he is loyal to the core.
Oscar is not suited to a home with pocket pets or cats as they are much to fun to chase
Oscar is fine with children and has previously lived with them however we would recommend teenagers in his new home or no kids at all
He is looking for the quieter life style with new doting parents. He doesn’t need a huge yard as he is pretty lazy but does enjoy a daily stroll and cuddle on the couch.
If you are looking for a lovable , smoochie and large what thinks he is a lap dog please send a brief description of the home you can provide and we will send you an adoption application form
Oscar is located in Whittlesea and would love to find his new home over the crazy Christmas season
Medical notes
Oscar
Is Desexed
Vaccinated
Intestinal wormed
Heartwormed
And flea prevented
Oscar has a white coat and pink skin making him more prone to sunburn and allergies.
His allergies are controlled but may flare up at different times of the year.
Adoption details
Our adoption process has 5 stages -
#1 A brief description of your home-
We ask that you send an inquiry with a brief description of the home that you can provide and why you think your home is suitable for the animal you are inquiring about.
Please note: if you do not send a brief description of the home that you can provide we will not continue with the adoption process
#2 Some questions-
You will receive an adoption application form within 24 hours of your inquiry being sent
#3 Photo's of your yard - Applicable for dogs only -
Please provide photos of your yard including sheltered area from sun and rain
#4 Meet & greet - With other dog/s if you have any -
You will receive an email within 72 hours of sending your application in which will let you know if your application has been successful. We will then organise a meet and greet.
*PLEASE NOTE*: Not all applications are successful. We aim to match our animals to their perfect homes, sometimes there are many homes suitable but unfortunately only one animal.
Organized MEET AND GREETS do not guarantee the adoption of our of our animals. Eden Ark have the final say in the meet and greet process, If we feel our animal will not suit your family the trial period will not go ahead.
#5 A 7 day trial period -
If your meet is successful we ask that you have everything ready to take your new family member home that day. if this isn't possible, prior arrangement MUST be made - please understand we are not in a position to hold animals for you. Meet and greets are on weekends only, unless prior arrangement has been made. Please note your meet and greet will be organised the first weekend available from an approved application, we try our best to accomodate but again we can not hold animals.
Adoption fee must be paid in cash on the day if your meet and greet is successful to start your 7 day trial period.
Once your 7 day trial period is complete,
Welcome to the Eden Ark Family!
