About Georgie
Georgina(Georgie) is full of fun! She has energy to spare and always wants a playmate to play fetch or tug-of-war with her.
Unless it’s nap time; then she’s up for some snuggles, a game and lots of love.
Georgie is amazingly clever and trainable, having learned basic commands such as sit, leave and stay at 9 weeks old, and being super easy to toilet train. Georgie needs and older dog (not senior) to teach her how to ‘dog’ properly and would prefer one who is still young enough to play with her. She loves other dogs and is good with cats (though she will also ask them to play with her).
Georgie will need an active family to keep up with her energy, or be able to work on a farm where she will be allowed inside after her work is done! She’s a typical puppy and needs plenty of toys to chew on.
Considering her very active breed, Georgie will only be considered to a home who already have a very active MALE dog.
She has been raised with children, cats and other dogs and gets along well with everyone.
Training will be highly recommended to help Georgie to help her become the amazing, well adjusted dog she can be. She will require regular exercise, an active canine playmate, lots of social outings and plenty of daily activities to keep her busy mind active.
Please only apply if you have another very active MALE dog, lots of room for Georgie and her new doggy pay to run and play and an active lifestyle that you are happy to share with your canine pals.
Georgie is currently in care in Ballarat, Victoria
Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
