About Elle
Little Elle has been adopted out twice already, to no fault of hers.
She does have some issues, that have always been explained clearly and very explanatory. But unfortunately l, people have felt we got it wrong or they knew better, or became complacent.
Elle just wants her own person.
She doesn’t want to be a cafe dog, or social dog park dog or a beach dog. Elle is happy to be home in her own backyard to play with her toys and cuddles on the lounge.
She loves sleeping on your bed.
She loves been groomed, great at the vets and loves adults.
Toilet trained, loves a routine and loves chewing her toys.
She needs someone home a little.
Semi retired or casual work.
We won’t look at applicants that work full time.
Unfortunately Elle has a very much NO list! So this is where the issues come in.
NO Dogs
NO cats
NO children
She needs to be walked with a harness AT all times, and to avoid dogs in a walk.
Elle isn’t for adoption.
We are looking for a permanent foster home on the Gold Coast or South Brisbane.
We are not putting Elle in a position to fail. So we will be a support for her forever home.
Please read her profile carefully as we will not respond to applications that don’t fit all the criteria.
This might seem harsh, but we have too, we have failed her twice.
We aren’t doing it again.

Adoption details
We shortlist and contact families who may fit the dogs needs. If indications are positive, normally after sleeping on it, a home check is organised, then an adoption agreement is completed, adoption donation (variable on account of age and health of individual dog) is transferred and the dog will become part of your family.
All our dogs have had a consultation with our vet, are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and treated for fleas. As we want every dog to be in its own family we try and fit dogs into forever homes, we don’t offer “Trials”. Naturally unforeseen circumstances arise occasionally where it’s preferable dogs come back to us as per our adoption agreement.
