About Faith
Faith (aka Faithy-girl) is an affectionate and playful young cat. She loves to play, and is very curious with loads of energy to run, leap and pounce – she loves to chase the red laser dot and will tap your hand if you stop! However, she also loves her afternoon siestas where she tucks herself up like a little burrito. Faith is gradually learning human and cat times differ, and that 2am is not food/pats time – having a home where she can sleep with or near her humans would very likely help with this.
Although growing more confident, it might take her a day or two to warm up to you in a new environment, but once she does she is VERY affectionate – loves to smooch your face, nibble your ear, and clean your hair (especially if it’s wet) to her satisfaction. She is very polite and sweet about wanting physical affection, with a little trill, gentle paw tap or smooch around your legs, but is very vocal and persistent when she wants food or more often, just you in the same room with her. Would definitely suit someone who is home more than not.
She is still a little afraid of strangers, so introductions need to be taken slowly and at her pace, and loud noises (as with many cats) do scare her so she is probably not so suited to a very noisy home.
Faith is very confident when it comes to other cats and desperately wants to make kitty friends (our resident cats not so much!) – so a home with an accepting feline companion would be ideal. Faith hasn’t been exposed to dogs or small children, but once comfortable in her surroundings would likely be quite confident as she does have some dominant tendencies.
Faith is adorable, affectionate, playful, and mischievous, and would make a loving and sweet companion for a very lucky person/family.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to our cats being rescued from struggling to survive on the street, we have a strict NO CATS OUTDOORS policy. This is because although our cats have been rehabilitated from their past, their brain still retains fear towards 'outside', as living wild was only ever a scary experience for them, they are not the same as domestic cats who've grown up in human homes since kittenhood and have no reason to fear the outside world. Please consider this before making an enquiry. Thankyou <3

About Sunny Days:
Sunny Days Rescue & Rehab is a registered charity, foster care network and private shelter, focusing on the rescue, rehab and rehoming of ‘true stray’ cats - cats who've never had experience with humans or a human home.
The overall objective of our organisation is to:
💕 successfully physically and psychologically rehabilitate terrified cats and find them homes which understand their needs and are compassionate to their history,
💕 remove complete stray cat colonies from the community and ensure they will never breed again or be back on the street again,
💕 provide an example of the potential to rehab unsocialised cats to other organisations who may not have understood or attempted to achieve that potential before,
💕 educate the community on how many stray cats are hiding in the dark corners of community trying to survive and that desexing is the only way to begin to lessen these numbers and the resulting suffering,
💕 provide an opportunity for volunteers to learn animal husbandry and handling skills to a high level which may help them in their future work in animal welfare and as pet owners,
💕 and provide an opportunity for compassionate people to come together and pool their skills for the betterment of a demographic of animal that is mostly ignored and misunderstood despite us humans being their source and the reason they even exist.
Please support us in our important work by clicking the pink DONATE button on this page. Thankyou! 💕
