About Caesar
Say hello to Caesar !
At nearly 5 years old and 40kgs, Caesar is one big snuggly bear.
He loves nothing more than butt pats and mouthing your chin out of love. Caesar is a good boy who loves having a cuddle and is happy hanging out either inside or outside during the day (but obviously would prefer to be perched up on the humans bed).
This big drooly boy loooves going for walks too, however he’s new to the whole leash thing and will need somebody with muscles who can show him the ropes.
Despite his size, he thinks he is actually a toy poodle and can get anxious in new environments such as dog parks and around loud traffic/young children.
As Ceasar does not realise how heavy and clumsy he can be, we are thinking he would be probably best with children over the 8 - they aren't as breakable by then or is it they just bend better?? :-) )
Caesar is not a fan of cats so a home where there is no cat will be recommended.
Slow introduction to new fur-friends is also a must in his books so he feels comfy and soon enough he’ll be rolling on his back trying to wrestle ! (Caesar is currently in a foster care home with a small Aussie bulldog)
This handsome boy is eager to meet his new family and cover them with slobbery kisses 💙

Adoption details
Paw Prints Canine Rescue is a non for profit dog rescue located in Southeast Queensland.
All our dogs leave our care with full vet work (up-to-date vaccinated, microchipped, desexed, heart worm and intestinal wormed and flea treated).
Please note - They will not leave for their new homes until they are 12 weeks of age and have been desexed, micro-chipped and vaccinated up to date.
Please note - we are not a pound or have kennels - all our dogs stay in foster carers homes and therefore dogs are not able to be simply viewed - only approved applicants will meet the dogs.
We can also be found at https://www.facebook.com/pawprintscanine/
Complete the following adoption enquiry link
https://goo.gl/forms/PqpkCcE89ikDR2Lw1
Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
If applying to adopt one of our furbabies over the age of 6 months we recommend that you bring to the meet and greet any of your furbabies to see how they interact.
Our adoption fee must be cleared in our bank account before any animal is available for pick up. Please note we bank with ANZ - any other bank may take 48 hours to process the monies.
Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 2 week trial period – this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $100) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
Please also note while this can be a very exciting time for everyone, it can also be an overwhelming time for dogs and we ask that you do try and allow your new family member to settle in their new home and adjust
INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS **
Any transport costs are to be paid by the adopting family, however we can assist you in helping with transport to airports etc.
** Please note some of our dogs are not available for interstate adoption
AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD
After the 2 week trial period is completed Paw Prints Canine will send out all relevant paperwork for your new furbaby.
