About Pixel 8711 Campbelltown ACF
Hey there, my nickname is Pixel. I came into the facility as a stray and sadly had no home to call my own! So, here's the thing, my “carers” (let’s be real... they're my servants) say I’m a bit special, and they’re not wrong - I am VERY special. I am gorgeous to look at, but only look, you must not touch! I love other cats, and definitely would love a house mate, or two! Of course they’ll love me, who wouldn’t? I am a strong, independent cat who can look after herself (with the exception of needing a human for food, treats, and cleaning up after me). I do also enjoy playing with cat toys, and enjoy entertaining myself with them during the day and don't mind if you watch me play from a distance. I am looking for a house that is mine, with servants to feed and clean up after me, with cat friends. I would be best housed in an adult only home as it is important my new family is able to respect my personal space and understand my boundaries. If you think you can accommodate my very reasonable expectations, then come and meet me! You can feed me a treat (I would like that very much), but like I said, no touching! My adoption fee has been reduced to encourage adoption. I know I’ll see you soon, how could you resist?!

Adoption payment can only be made in person at the Animal Care Facility. We do not do adoptions or payments over the phone and require all potential adopters to complete a successful meet and greet with the animal prior to adopting. For dog adoptions, if a dog is to be housed with another dog after adoption a meet and greet between the two dogs must be conducted to ensure they are a suitable match.
When you have selected a pet, you will be asked to complete an expression of interest form. Following a successful meet and greet with the animal, we can finalise the adoption paperwork and payment. Dogs and cats are booked into Council's contracted vet for the animal to be desexed typically the next business day. We will transport your new pet to our vet for desexing in the morning. The new owner is to collect the animal from the vets in the afternoon.
Please note that this adoption profile may not be the most up-to-date information available, due to the constant movement of animals into and out of the facility.
