About Bozo
Shy Guy to Chatterbox - the Bozo story! I was very nervous when I first went to my foster family. I do dearly wanted to be loved but I was too shy to come out of my igloo. My foster family persisted, and with time and a Feliway Diffuser I came out of my shell! I worked out quickly I loved pats as long as no one moved to fast.
Then I found my meow, and purr! And worked out that if I sing out my humans will come and pat me. Best discovery ever! I now chat to my humans a lot every time I see them, and love running up for pats and to smooch against their legs, and respond with a deep grumbly purr.
I am learning to play with strings and dangly things but I sometimes get them confused with toes if I'm under the bed. I would do best with a quiet home as loud noises and fast movements sometimes scare me, but I am getting more used to the world. My human brother is 11 and he is quiet and gentle so we are great friends, but I am not sure how I would go with younger kids or other animals. I have worked out the couch is a great spot to ask for pats, as is the kitchen. I would love to meet someone that can give me a quiet safe home full of pats and chats!
Adoption details
Just browse some of the photos of our beautiful cats available for adoption or come to our shelter in Shenton Park to meet our many beautiful kitties.
Please be aware that the cats featured on this page represent only a very small portion of the total number of beautiful felines we have available for adoption. We do not include any of our kittens on this page, as the turnover for youngsters is simply too high to keep up-dating, but we always have many beautiful kittens looking for homes!
Also many of our cats and kittens are currently staying in temporary foster homes out in the community but are still looking for a loving home, so please call Cat Haven in advance if you want to make arrangements for a meeting with a foster cat.
