About Ebony
Hello everyone, I am Ebony.
I came to BARC as a stray and they were unable to locate my owners to come and pick me up, so here I am looking for my second chance home.
I am a GORGEOUS little miss, my coat has fallen into a bad state with lots of matts and knots that had to be clipped off, so unfortunately I am not looking my best at the moment. With some proper grooming care and good nutrition my coat will be back to is glorious fluffiness in no time. I sat like an absolute angel to have my coat clipped, no sedation or anything, I was the best girl and I showed everyone at BARC how lovely, gentle and tolerant I am.
I have a very strong dislike of other cats, so in my new home I will need to be the only feline family member.
If you think you could be the one to love, cherish, adore and make me never fall into this state ever again, give BARC a call on (03) 5441 2209 to book your essential meet and greet appointment.
Please not that we will not be taking bookings from stage 4 lock down areas.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
