About 1673 - Smooshy
💙🐈MEET SMOOSHY🐈💙
Smooshy came into care after being trapped in a rural colony. He has spent his life in a colony and feels most confident in the company of other kitties. He was so chunky when he came into care that his carer thought he was pregnant so he managed to wing quite a few extra treats before his ruse was discovered.
Smooshy loves to watch you all day every day, whatever you are doing, so if you’re feeling lonely he could be the kitty for you so long as you’re happy with a handsome ornament. Smooshy is still very timid and will always stay just out of reach, he is starting to take pats while eating but he still has a way to go before trusting people. He will definitely need to be an inside kitty.
Smooshy loves other cats, he gets along with everyone despite his size. Smooshy is untested with dogs and keeps the same safe radius to children as he does all other people.
Smooshy is an incredibly playful kitty. He loves to throw his toys in the air, run around with them in his mouth and pat balls around the house at full speed. He would do best with a family who will take the time to play and hand feed treats to gain his trust, however, this may take a long time.
Being allowed on the bed is also a must, he will be sure to keep your toes warm.
