About Leo
LEO – Just like his name, is a big cat with a lion-like mane. He in fact walks and runs like a lion too, very poised and very elegant. He is a sweetheart. He just loves EVERYTHING! You have toys – he loves them .You have a scratching post – he loves it. You have tuna – he loves it. You have another cat – he LOVES it to death, so you get the idea – he loves everything. He also loves to snuggle beside you on the bed to keep you warm. He loves playing chase with his other foster sister Bella, and spending all of his spare time with his other half, Mabel. He loves the company of others. However he does not mind being alone sometimes as well and can keep himself entertained with ANYTHING – even a piece of paper. He doesn’t meow so often but makes a cute “HMMM” sound when you call out his name. He loves to rub himself against you and is super affectionate. He is not very fond of pats, he will only allow them when you are giving him food. He tries to hold your hand or gently nibbles your fingers if you stop patting him. He loves his food and loves to play, and is really active. He is quite social and is happy around anyone and everyone. This loveable goofball is the best entertainer ever. **Please read Leo's medical notes below.
Leo would be suited to a home with lots of indoor space to explore. Leo is an indoor only cat who is looking for a home with another cat or cats! He is very sociable and thrives off the attention and love of other cats.
Is he the one for you?
Medical notes
Leo, like many cats rescued from the pound, came into foster care with cat flu. His vet gave him two courses of antibiotics which cleared up the flu nicely. He is now on some maintenance eyedrops (available from the pharmacy) to help with his ongoing drippy eye (not contagious). It is unknown how long he will need to take these for. He is not in any discomfort and the drip does not affect his eyesight in any way. He has been given a clean bill of health from his vet.
Age: approx 2 years, 7 months
