About Mimi
Mimi is a 5-year-old female cattle dog x kelpie who loves cuddles more than anything—so much so that she has to tell you all about it with tiny little love howls.
Her second favourite thing is to play fetch. She will play ball for as long as you’re willing, putting on an impressive acrobatic show when catching it. She’s a master at finding lost balls, too!
Mimi is very settled and has brilliant indoor manners. After her morning walk, she is happy to snooze the day away on her bed, or potter around in the yard while her foster carer works from home.
But she’s far from lazy, and is always ready to go if you’re keen for a walk or a swim. She’s a total water baby, and will swim in anything!
This gorgeous girl is toilet trained, travels well in the car, and sleeps all night in her crate without a peep. She walks well off lead, but is still learning not to pull on lead.
Mimi is looking for a rural / quiet forever home with humans who are experienced with cattle dogs, and will allow her inside as part of the family. She is very loyal, and while she’s very happy to say a friendly hello to dogs while out on walks, she would prefer to be her humans’ one and only with no other dog in the home.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. A meet and greet can be arranged if both parties wish to proceed, and we also offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
