About Penny 8561 Campbelltown ACF
Hi, my nickname is Penny. I came into the facility as a stray with no home to call my own. My carers have received information that I was previously living as a community cat, and have not spent a lot of time with humans before. However, they believe I have a lot of potential to become a loving family cat. Although I am still feeling timid, I will accept pats from my carers and allow handling. Due to my past, my carers think I would be best as an indoor only cat to prevent me from wondering too far. My ideal home would be with a quiet family, with no young children, who is willing to accept my shyer nature and work with me to build my confidence. It will take time for me to settle in, but my carers believe that with the right family and ample amount of time I will develop into an special member of my adopters family. I have already been desexed, so can go home with my new owners straight away. My adoption fee has been reduced to encourage my adoption. Come check me out.
Please note due to COVID-19 you must contact the Facility on 4645 4790 to make an appointment for a meet and greet. Restrictions and social distancing protocols will apply at all times.

Adoption payment can only be made in person at the Animal Care Facility. We do not do adoptions or payments over the phone and require all potential adopters to complete a meet and greet with the animal prior to adopting. For dog adoptions, if a dog is to be housed with another dog after adoption a meet and greet between the two dogs must be conducted to ensure they are a suitable match.
When you have selected a pet and finalised the adoption payment, dogs and cats are booked into Council's contracted vet for the animal to be desexed typically the next business day. We will transport your new pet to our vet for desexing in the morning. The new owner is to collect the animal from the vets in the afternoon.
Please note that this adoption profile may not be the most up-to-date information available, due to the constant movement of animals into and out of the facility.
