About Abigail
Hi! My name is Abigail, but you may remember me when my name was Aspen. I originally came into BVAR's care from a Regional Qld Pound. It's the typical pound story! You see once I was cute and small but now that Im bigger and energetic my owners decided they didn't want me anymore.
I eventually found the most amazing home but unfortunately I can escape the fencing in my home so for my safety I was surrendered back into care.
I'm a very intelligent girl and quick to learn. If somebody is willing to invest some time with me I will become ever so faithful. I am an absolute ball of energy and get along great with other dogs. I love nothing more then playing chasey with my foster sister and doing zoomies in the backyard.
As above, I was surrendered back into care as I kept escaping. My new foster home has found that as long as I have another dog at home that loves to play as much as I do, and I have a large backyard to run around, I won't try and run away. I can get a little anxious, so having another doggy friend is a must!
Don't be put off by my size - I am the biggest sook and sweetheart you will ever meet! I am great with dogs and have shown to be quite submissive (though very playful) and I am excellent with other animals, such as cats, kittens, chickens and goats!
At night when things are calm and quite I love nothing more then to snuggle with my humans. I would love nothing more then to be a lap dog and find that special someone to curl up with on the couch at the end of the day. If you have room in your heart for me I know I can make you so proud of me.
