About Wally
Wally is looking for a change of luck. He was found caught in a fence and had injured his RF leg. Wally is a sweet easy gentle dog. He has just had 17 teeth extracted and is feeling somewhat better. His left hind leg appears to have had an old ruptured cruciate and his right front leg has sustained nerve damage. The poor man hobbles a bit but despite all this is in very good spirits and he can even run, a bit sideways though like a crab.
We have been to a specialist vet who says surgery is not an option in his case. He weighs about 6kg.
Suit Full Time Worker: Not overly needy and can entertain itself. DR recommends play time, dog toys etc.
Apartment Friendly: Could cope in an apartment environment. Regular walks or use of an artificial grass patch is suggested.
Low Shedding
Medical notes
He comes desexed, C5 vaccinated, heartworm free and microchipped. Also included for the love and health of our dogs is a free Health and Wellness Voucher with our DR Vet.
Adoption details
DoggieRescue is a charitable organisation and as such we rely very much on volunteers to manage our adoptions. We answer initial adoption enquiries by email or phone and then arrange an appointment for you to meet some of our rescue dogs.
At DoggieRescue we believe our dogs deserve to find that special someone who will love them and look after them forever. We know that there are homes out there that are willing to accommodate one more little member of the family and dedicate time to their well being.
