On Hold
Sweet shy older girl looking for a calm mature household. Peanut is not suitable to a busy home. She is not suitable with children. Peanut will need a kind patient owner who will allow her time to settle into the home environment. She can be fearful and unsure in new places and of new things and when meeting new people. All introductions will need to be very slow and at Peanut's pace, do not rush her. She will need a denning area such as a crate so that she has a safe place to go in the home. Peanut must be allowed indoors but has also come from an outdoor environment so may be more comfortable outdoors to begin with. As Peanut has not grown up in a home environment some 'everyday' objects and noises may be very scary for her.
Peanut MUST go home with another dog and MUST meet at time of adoption to ensure they are a good match. Peanut gains confidence from having another dog around and will really benefit from having another small calm dog who is well established in the home to help her with the huge adjustment into her new home.
**Please come in before 3.30pm daily to meet Peanut.**
