About Brax DL2258
At only 16 months old, Brax is a young and vibrant dog with a zest for life. A happy boy, he makes friends wherever he goes.
Any visitors are greeted with his toys, so they had better come ready to play. Enthusiastic and bouncy in his play, Brax best suits older family members who can hold their own.
He spends his day playing with his favourite rope toys and sunbathing on the grass. He enjoys going to the beach where he can run at full speed, and on long bush walks where he can enjoy the peace and quiet. He is great in the car, and doesn't mind traveling in a crate if needed.
Brax is happy to spend time in the yard while you're at work, but loves to be indoors and by your side once you're home. He is fully house trained and sleeps inside through the night. He isn't destructive, doesn't dig up the garden, and only chews his toys and bones.
Brax loves learning new tricks. He is especially good at paw shake and will offer one up at dinner time before you have a chance to ask. He already responds to a range of verbal cues and hand gestures, and we're sure you can teach him even more!
Brax is looking to be your only dog at home, so he doesn't have to share his space and food. Socially, he is excitable but friendly around other dogs, and loves meeting new people. At 25kg, he is a medium to large sized dog, so you will need the physical strength to walk him and continue his lead training and socialisation. He is not suited to cats.
Brax is energetic and fun and silly, but he's still just a baby at heart. When he calms down, he loves trying to curl up in your lap for a nap and will cuddle for as long as you'll let him.
If you'd love to welcome Brax into your home, email DFLrescue@gmail.com today to apply.
