About Winton
Winton is an endearing smoochie boy who loves to be with his people. With his gentle, easy going and sensitive nature, Winton shows his wolfhound heritage. Always up for a game he loves to play with the children and be wherever his humans are. He is the taller of his brothers and showing all signs of being a sizable boy when full grown. Winton enjoys a good frolic in the rain and is a curious and playful puppy. He is a fast learner who is learning to walk on the lead. While he has not yet been exposed to cats, he finds chickens curious but not worth chasing. Winton will sit for his dinner or at your feet for some loving and is crate trained. If you are looking for a companion to stare at you lovingly and worship the ground you walk on – then Winton is the man for you.

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. To meet, adopt or find out more details on this animal, please fill in our adoption application at our website- http://www.safehavenanimalrescueinc.com Completing this application form does not place you under any obligation to adopt.
2. Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet. You must bring your current dog along to the meeting if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend bringing your current dog/cat as this may stress the feline out.
3. The animal cannot be taken on the day unless prior arranged (over 2 hr round trip), and the adoption agreement and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. Once collected, the 10 day settling period begins, if for any reason the pet needs to be returned, we will happily take them back into our care into a suitable foster home. The adoption fee minus $50 (admin fee) will be returned via bank transfer within 5 working days. If the pet is returned after this trial period there will be no refund made.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork, including the Change of Microchip Details form, is sent via email.
We endeavour to respond to your email within 48 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
