Meet Tilly Rae, an 18 month old kelpie x pup, a shy girl who lives to love! Fantastic with children, she's learnt to play with her foster fur-brother, and although she sometimes takes it too far, she is working hard on reading body language. She's also learnt to leave the cat alone when she's not in the mood to play.
Her behaviour on lead is improving every day, and she is slowly learning that new situations aren't as scary as she first thought. She is learning how to behave while indoors, and loves being inside and snuggling with her humans. She is crate-trained and has learnt that it is her safe place when things get too much.
Because of her timid nature, Tilly Rae will need to go to a home with another dog for company or humans who are home more often that not. Extremely bright and agile, we think she would definitely benefit from obedience training, or even agility/flyball. She will also thrive with someone committed to walking at least once per day and providing some mental stimulation to keep her smart mind occupied.
She loves car rides and is very well behaved in the car. If this sounds like your idea of heaven, then please fill out an application form.
