About Olive ID41416
Hello...I'm Olive. I'm still very shy but hopefully that can change. My brother Tonka (41415) and I are looking for a home together. We've been in the shelter a few times because we just haven't got the right home yet. I love my brother, he's annoying sometimes, but I rely on him. He wrestles me sometimes but I don't mind, he's my rock too. I like to snuggle up next to him for comfort. Tonka is much more outgoing then me. I don't know why but I just don't have the same trust in people as he does. I don't like to be approached too quickly, I'll run and hide. I'm not nasty, just scared and sometimes I can even embarrass myself by soiling if you pick me up too quickly. I'm sure in time I can be like Tonka, but you'll need to be very patient with me. My carers have said that once I feel comfortable with someone I'll go to them and show my more affectionate side but in the meantime you'll just need to let me do my own thing until I can trust you. I'm super neat and I'm an excellent groomer although you will still need to brush me cause I'm so fluffy. Just take it slow, I may learn to enjoy it. I'm ok with other cats but cause Tonka isn't I'm happy for us to be in a home on our own. As long as I have him I'll be fine. I don't think I could cope with kids or a noisy environment so a nice quiet home with someone would be ideal. I don't like big houses, they frighten me. I just need a small space to call my own and if I had access to an outdoor run that would be amazing. One thing I do need is a large litter tray. Those small ones are too small for me to get my body into and I tend to miss! Tonka and I are good cats, we don't want to keep coming back to the shelter so our next home has to be the perfect one. Do you think yours is?
