About Storm
Hi everyone, I’m Storm and I am 13 years old. My mum was going to have me put to sleep because my eyes are a bit cloudy (they are not really), I am on thyroid medication and I dug holes in her yard. Aunty Sam didn’t want me to get put to sleep just because I was old. I don’t know what that means but she didn’t think it was right. I spent a few days at the vet, making sure I was healthy and that my medicine was right, and the Dr’s were very happy with me and said I am a healthy girl for my age. Sure, I am a bit grey and I do need my pills twice a day, but I am a spritely old lady who loves walks, drives in the car and hanging out wherever the humans are. I love treats, a lot, and I get my tablets in a doggie meatball. I gobble them right up. I am a very happy and well-behaved girl. I am gentle and kind and calm. I put up with all the other dogs and their nonsense and I am excellent in the house. I love a pat and I relish any affection. I walk beautifully on lead and I am a wonderful companion. I still have lots and lots of love to give. I’m not getting any younger and I would absolutely love a forever home, but I would definitely settle for a foster home while I wait for the perfect humans to come along. I would love to meet you.
