About Cooper
Cooper came into care through no fault of his own and is now seeking a new family to call his own.
Cooper enjoy's going for swim's in the creek on hot day's but doesn't like going in deep where his feet can't touch the ground. He also enjoy's chasing tennis balls and playing tug a way out in the backyard with his foster carers and also his canine foster sister.
He doesn't like being without his human's for long period's of time so is best suited to a home that work's casual/part time hour's. *Please do not enquire if you work full time*
Cooper also doesn't cope without having doggy company so his new forever home must have a female dog already similar to his age. *Please do not enquire if you have a male or senior dog*
Cooper is best suited to a home with kids over the age of 5, as he does tend to accidently knock little ones over.
He didn't have any training before coming into our care but since being at his foster carers household, they have been doing regular training session's with him. He is very food motivated and learn's thing's very quickly when he know's he'll get food for doing something. His new forever family must be prepared for some bad puppy like behaviour and keep up training and also set firm rules and boundaries for him.
He is still young and has lot's of energy and enjoy's going for 5km walk's everyday to keep his mind busy and also to explore the world. *Please note - he is not yet old enough to be a running buddy*
Cooper is 100% toilet trained and must be allowed inside the house during the day and also be allowed to sleep inside of a night time. He is also crate trained and sleep's perfectly in the crate.
He must have secure colorbond fencing. *No rural/farm fencing*
