On Hold
This handsome boy is Bud. Bud is a special boy with special needs, for Bud is Deaf. Bud had a rough start to life living on the streets, with his owner who was homeless. Bud came to K9 and was rehomed with his best friend Bessi, who Bud followed everywhere. Bud loved his new life, with Bessi and his family. Sadly, Bessi passed away and Bud lost his way. He started jumping the fence to look for Bessi, and it was felt in Bud’s best interests that Bud came back to K9. Bud does not like cats and is allergic to bees. Bud likes children, and barks at people to gain their attention, as he has a loud bark, it can seem that Bud is being aggressive, but Bud is not, he just does not realise how loud his bark is. Bud is not good with new people, and needs to be introduced slowly, with treats to gain their confidence. Bud is a lovely boy who deserves a special home. Can you give Bud this special home? Would you like to come and meet Bud? If so please call K9 Rescue.
If you find a dog you'd like to meet, give us a phone call to ensure the dog is still available and not off-site, e.g. vet visit, adoption day outing. Come down to our premises and fill in an Adoption Questionnaire. Then be shown around the kennels by one of our friendly volunteers and meet our dogs.
