About 528 - Kaitee
💫 MEET KAITEE 💫
Kaitee is a sweet and timid girl who was rescued as a stray and could barely be touched, when she first arrived. While still wary of people, she does want to see what you’re doing and be patted. Kaitee accepts slow hands that will move predictable and stroke her gently. Kaitee is funny, she loves collecting her toys in a secret hiding spot.
All Kaitee needs is a fur-ever family that will continue to work and be patient with her. Much like a pretty painting, Kaitee does enjoy being admired from afar and is an independent cat that mostly likes to be left to her devices.
Kaitee would love a cat companion in her new home that she can slowly be introduced to, she has lived with other cats with no issues. Kaitee would thrive in an adult-only home or a home with cat-savvy older children who understand that she’s quite timid and will require time and patience to become the purrfect companion. Kaitee has lived with calm dogs who are cat social previously.
This beautiful girl LOVES stuffed mice! She loves carrying them around and destuffing them. Kaitee must be an indoor only cat, but enjoys being perched up on a windowsill and watching the world go by. She would also appreciate a cat run, so she can get the outdoor experience while still staying safe. Kaitee is not fussy and will eat both biscuits and wet food. She is litter trained and is a clean and regal girl.

528 – Kaitee
Gender: Female
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Colour: Tabby and White
DOB: 04/10/2014
Adoption Fee: $100
*Kaitee's adoption fee includes vet check, sterilisation, vaccination, microchip, flea and worm treatment
Medical Notes: Kaitee has Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) which is a virus that can affect her immune system. However, she can still live a potentially long healthy life. FIV is transmittable through deep bite wounds. Due to her FIV, Kaitee will need to be an indoor only cat. FIV cats can live harmoniously with other cats, however slow introductions are required to ensure they do not fight.
Kaitee also has Gingivitis, which is inflammation of the gums. As a result, Kaitee has had all of her teeth extracted except for her canines. There may be ongoing treatment required for the inflammation in the future.
Perth Rescue Angels recommends Advantage, Advocate, and Drontal from Bayer for all your new furry family members' flea and worming needs.
