About Simba
Simba first came to K9 Rescue Group in September 2014, due to no fault of his own - it was a relationship breakdown. Simba was adopted, then returned recently.
In his new home he lived with a baby, a 3-year-old son, and a little fluffy dog who Simba adored. Sadly, Simba did not like the cats in the home, and fixated on them. So, Simba is back at K9 Rescue Group; however, Simba's last owner wants you to know that he is excellent around the house and with young children.
Simba is a nice boy. He can be a little nervous when you first meet him, but he soon relaxes once you have gained his confidence.
Simba loves being around people. He is an inside-dog and is toilet-trained. He likes to sleep on a bed, or share your bed!
Simba seems to be dog-social, but of course should always be introduced properly. He loves going for long walks and enjoys playing with his toys. Simba walks quite well on the lead, but would benefit from further training.
Simba would suit an active home, where people have the time to spend with him and take him on his daily walks; he is used to having company.
If you'd love to have Simba be a close member of your family, please come and meet him at K9 Rescue Group.
Date in kennels: 12th June 2015
