On Hold
Poochie’s a mature dog who has not had the best life so far. When she came to K9 Rescue, a year ago, she was very scared and underweight. Since being at K9 Rescue, Poochie has become a smoocher and talker. She loves the attention from our volunteers, and food!
Whilst in the kennel, Poochie will still react to strangers. Once in the open and she gets to know you, there’s nobody sweeter!
Poochie does have nice manners; she sits and walks well on the lead. She needs patience, kindness and strong leadership. We believe Poochie would be better suited to a home either without children or a family with teenagers.
Poochie does not interact well with other dogs, probably due to poor socialisation; hence, Poochie would suit being the only dog in the home.
Poochie is looking for a new start, with someone who can give her the love and attention she needs.
Date in kennels: 5th May 2014
If you're interested in Poochie, come down to our premises and fill in an Adoption Questionnaire. Then be shown around the kennels by one of our friendly volunteers and meet her.
