The ideal forever home for Scruffy would have patient and calm people and/or dogs to help Scruffy with his insecurities about the noisy world around him. Scruffy was hit by a car and both his hind legs were fractured and now have pins in them, he will need ongoing physiotherapy so so done who could take him swimming to build muscle tone would be perfect. Scruffy needs a home with someone who is always home as he does not like being alone.
