About Meeah & Big Mac
Meet mama Meeah and her adoring baby boy Big Mac, our beautiful mother-son duo who are ready to give you their love!
Meeah, a Turkish Angora with stunning calico colours, has an endearing-dog like personality. If you call her, she will come to you just like a dog. She's the sweetest girl with a love for food, specifically a good fish dinner! Meeah is an excellent mixture of independence and love - while she does enjoy alone time, she always enjoys company and adores sitting close to her favourite people. Even though she's not a lap cat, her strong bond and loyalty to her favourite humans is undeniable.
Then we have the only boy in mama Meeah's litter - Big Mac, a handsome Domestic Medium Hair kitten with a quirky personality. Big Mac was born in our loving care on the 12th of February 2024. This adorable little fella is a typical mama's boy, he absolutely loves his mama, and you can often find him snuggling up to dear mama Meeah. Along with this, Big Mac is a super affectionate furball, known for his intense snuggles and a sweet personality that steals everyone's heart. He's quite clingy, staying close to his human companions for love, warmth, and comfort. With his mischievous streak and love for zooming around, he brings an extra spark to any home.
Bringing Meeah and Big Mac into your life means doubling the love and joy in your home. They're not just pets – they're a beloved mother-son pair ready to share their unique personalities and endless affection with you. Providing them with a warm and loving environment will allow them to shine, showing off their quirks and spreading happiness to everyone they meet.
Please note that Meeah and Big Mac are strictly indoor only kitties, and prefer the comfort and safety of an indoor-only environment.
What could be more rewarding and beautiful than providing a safe and loving home to watch mama Meeah raise her cheeky little boy?
Meeah's other babies available for adoption include Pinky Pie, Applejack and Twilight Sparkle.

Adoption details
Regardless of the breed of animal you are looking to adopt, our adoption process is the same.
The first step of the process involves submitting an adoption application form. The form helps us understand a little bit more about you and your household and is used to figure out whether animal is the right fit for your household and what you are looking for, and also if your household is the right fit for the animal.
After a review process, shortlisted applicants will be contacted by one of our volunteer adoption coordinators usually by phone call or message. This is an informal conversation to discuss any questions we may have about the application and re-confirm any information provided. It is usually at at this point that we will organise a Meet & Greet with you and the animal.
It is a Strong Heart’s adoption policy to arrange a Meet & Greet with the prospective family and the animal before finalising the adoption. The Meet & Greet will allow the opportunity to visit the animal and have a pat and a play with them. The foster carer will tell you a bit about the animal's personality and what they have been like for the time they’ve been in their care. It is a great opportunity to ask the carer about the animals food, sleeping and any other health requirements.
If the Meet & Greet goes well on the day, in most cases you will be able to take the animal home straight away after payment of the adoption fee. All necessary paperwork including vet work history and transfer of ownership information will be sent via email within a few days unless otherwise specified.
