About Lucy

Lucy is a placid and sweet retired lady, who loves to lounge about in her own company or explore her surroundings but also enjoys being close to her people and will happily lay with you at night. She uses her litter tray and is a dainty eater. She loves a good chat.
Being a mature lady and used to being the only pet, Lucy doesn’t really get along with other cats or dogs and will hiss at them, but will be a great addition to a home where she's the only fur family member and will quickly rule the roost!
Lucy needed her teeth cleaned and unfortunately while this was being done, part of her jaw bone collapsed and had to be wired. Lucy lost most of her teeth however has now fully recovered and is back to her usual self. She eats well, both mature-age (smaller) biscuits and meat.
Lucy is such a sweet girl and will make someone a lovely companion. Her adoption fee of only $50 reflects her age.
MEDICAL NOTES
Adoption fee includes vet check, F3 vaccination, flea and worm treatment, microchip - including the transfer of ownership - and sterilisation. Lucy has a condition called xxx which resulted in her teeth needing to be taken out. She is still able to eat both meat and biscuits and her lack of teeth doesn't worry her.
ADOPTION DETAILS
To apply to adopt, please complete a SAFE Cat Adoption Enquiry Form via our website. You will be advised if your chosen cat is still available and then put in contact with the carer for a chance to ask further questions. If a meet-and-greet is then arranged, we will email the adoption paperwork and payment instructions to you prior to this. Please note payment must be made before adoption trial starts and we are unable to take cash payment.
Our adoption process includes a two-week trial to ensure your chosen cat is the right fit for your home. After a successful trial period, SAFE Bunbury will arrange transfer of ownership on your new pet's microchip and email copies of their vet records out to you.
