Energy level: Medium (high if he wants to be!)

Zonic is big happy boy who is very friendly to people and other dogs. He was surrendered to the pound as his owners were no longer able to keep him. Despite the sad circumstances he found himself in, he is still a very loving and well balanced dog.
Zonic is a social superstar! He is very social with other dogs and interacts well with a wide range of personalities. He understands social cues and knows when another dog requires space which is a great attribute for a bouncy young boy. As Zonic is such a social guy, he will need to go to a home where he has another dog for company and/or a human that is home a lot: if he is left alone he might get bored or anxious.
Zonic is house trained, learning easy commands, has displayed no food aggression and does not jump up. As with all dogs and especially with large breeds, he will required ongoing training and boundaries to continue to be the best dog he can be. Zonic seeks approval from his handler which makes him easily trainable. He shows his affection often leaning on his handlers and asking for a pat. He comes next to you to relax, laying down and sleeping on your feet.
Zonic is a big dog with big heart, ready to find his forever home.
Zonic is $350 to adopt and comes desexed, microchipped, C5 vaccinated, heartworm tested (negative), and given flea/tick/worm prevention.
