About Dove
Meet DOVE!
Some of the best descriptions we have heard about our Love Dove include charming, delightful, chatty, bold, alluring and upbeat!
Dove is an Inquisitive, Intelligent and Loving Lady. Dove was the first to litter train, the first to wean off her formula, the first to start exploring and she isn't slowing down. She loves to chat with her carer too, especially when its time for food.
Nicknamed Love-Dove, she is also affectionate and sweet. She loves her cuddles and also rubs around our ankles.
Dove, Rosella and Falcon came into care the day they were born. Their mother was a young kitten herself, and after giving birth to her three kittens she showed no interest in their welfare. A member of the public attempted to assist the kittens back with their mother, however knew that time wasn't on the newborns side and got them to an emergency veterinary clinic who sought out our assistance.
Dove, Rosella and Falcon have been hand raised by their carer since the day they were born, so they are very well socialised and confident with humans and adapt very quickly to meeting new people. They have had some interactions with children, including babies, which have all been positive.
They have also had the benefit of their carer's resident cats to assist in their growth and development while they have been in care. They are very well socialised to cats with differing ages and temperaments and have loved learning how to "cat" from their fur companions. They are very confident with other cats, and if not with their carer they will always be with another cat for company.
All kittens from HHAR are raised indoor, and are looking for indoor only homes, with the exception of indoor only homes with secure cat enclosures.
A high-quality diet is essential for their continuing overall health and development as well. They have been raised on a mixed wet and dry Royal Canin and Hills diet, which we highly recommend continuing with through their life.
