Hi, I’m Walter! If you adopt me, you’ll never be lonely again! I love to talk your ear off and chat away whenever you’re nearby. If you talk to me I’ll chirpily respond. I love to follow you around and demand pats. I enjoy dancing around your ankles and making little pigeon noises. I love a rough neck & bum scratch, a squeeze of my chubby cheeks and to be your company in bed! I have a very quirky personality and have proven to enjoy the attention of relaxed dogs, cats and children. I just cannot wait to find my forever home, I have so much unconditional love to give. I need to strictly be an inside only cat, or occasionally let outside in a secure and heavily sun protected enclosure as I have very fair pink skin on my nose & eyes and ears which burn very easily.I absolutely adore my foster brother Timmy and would love if he could come along with me to your home, although I may be happy to go to a home with another cat, but will not be suited to a home all alone. P.s. I never nip, bite or spray! If you can give me the love I long for please apply!Link to Timmy's profile https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/692862
Hi I’m Timmy, I am a young, cheeky man of mischief. I love to follow you around as though you can’t see me and surprise you for a pat when you least expect it. I love dog toys and dragging your old socks to the laundry, because that’s the kind of helpful guy I strive to be. I am easily amused and very inquisitive, I never shy away from a challenge or chance to play. I have a very bold personality and have proven to enjoy the attention of all dogs, other playful cats and children. I just cannot wait to find my forever home, I have so much unconditional love to give and desire to be nurtured to help me overcome the rocky start I’ve had, locked in a small concrete cage for 8 months with very little love, stimulation or human interaction. I prefer to be an indoor only cat or occasionally let outside in a secure and sun protected enclosure as I have slightly fair skin on my nose and ears and have absolutely zero road sense or ability to defend myself in tricky situations due to my playful zest for life. I absolutely adore my foster brother Walter and would love if he could come along with me to your home, although I may be happy to go to a home with another cat, but will not be suited to a home all alone. P.s. I never nip, bite or spray! If you can give me the home I long for please apply!Walters profile https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/692865

Ringo is a gorgeous boy who has been raised with children and other cats. He is a really placid boy, who doesn't mind being picked up, snuggled and loved. He loves a warm lap and will make you feel loved. He would blend in well to any new family. He is vetted, litter trained and ready for his purfect home! His best friend is his brother Tommy who he would love to be rehomed with. They love to play together, spoon, chase each other and most of all, they can keep each other company while you are out for the day! <3
** IN CARE SINCE 6 MARCH 2016 :( **This gorgeous young fellow is George and he has a sister Charlotte. They have been in our care for more than 3 years through no fault of their own, having been overlooked because of people wanting younger and more outgoing kitties. George is such an adorable character, full of love and affection, sooo very much wants to be where you are. On first meeting he can be a little shy but soon warms to you. George is full of fun, loves climbing on his cat play gym. He is a very gentle boy and would make an ideal addition or companion to most any loving home. If Georgie boy and sister Charlotte are the kitties you have been waiting for please message us.

Beau is a chill, whatever goes cat. Observer, curious. Loves attention but doesn't seek it out. Independent. Will give you visits throughout the day to say hello and on a special day will nap on your lap. Loves food and naps. Loves chin scratches. Big teddy bear. Gentle. Takes a little while to earn trust but when you have it he will shower you with love. Enjoys playing with his siblings and chasing laser pointers. Beau has lived with other cats and a dog and therefore would suit households where there are other animals.Beau is available to adopt with either of his siblings, for the discounted adoption fee of $200 for the pair.
Smokie is the black/brown cat and Simba is the ginger cat.Simba is very active and outgoing. He loves running around and exploring and then comes back for a cuddle. He takes care of Smokie who is a bit timid. Smokie loves to play with his toys and is becoming more confident. He relies on Simba to know that it’s safe to do things. He is gradually enjoying a pat and would benefit from some quiet space where he can retreat to and come out at his own pace. They would suit a family with older children. They haven't been with dogs. They are used to other cats. They need to be indoor only cats or have the use of an outdoor enclosed cat-proof area.Simba chip 956000010853764 Smokie chip 956000010853386Apply online at http://www.neko.org.au/adoption-application/Find out more about Maneki Neko Cat Rescue at www.neko.org.auTo keep up to date with all our activities 'like' us at www.facebook.com/nekorescueCheck out our other listings at http://www.petrescue.com.au/groups/10587?listings=activeUpcoming Adoption Days: Please check our Facebook page for further details https://www.facebook.com/nekorescue/events
There’s only one thing better than having a cat and that’s having two cats that are brother and a sister! This duo are almost always together, happy in each others company, snoozing, grooming each other or just chilling out.Ari with his brilliant white fur and ginger markings and Geri the beautiful ginger, are playful too. They chase each other around the house and love a feather on a string for some stalking practice. They do prefer having all four paws firmly on the ground (especially Ari) and probably won’t be in interested in going home with your friends. Their perfect humans would be adults who know how to be patient while Ari and Geri get used to new smells and sounds. However after a little while, this will be bountifully rewarded in affection usually in the form of wanting pats, the odd head bumps, and regular cuddles and snuggles, particularly on these cold Melbourne nights. Ari and Geri wouldn’t mind if you had to work during the day, being the self-sufficient siblings they are, but no furr brother or sisters of any species please. They’re not fussy about which food you get them, but they would like a home with a cat tower and a nice sunny window to watch the world go by and daydream about putting those stalking skills to the test!Does your home sounds like Ari and Geri’s forever home? Come and meet them, by getting in touch today.
Sasha and Gatsby are a stunning bonded pair of border collies. These 2 are inseparable. We are looking for a large property that these two gorgeous rascals can run around and be merry and live happily ever after. They are super affectionate dogs and will thrive off further training.
Copper and his pregnant partner, Bonnie were brought into our care on Mother’s Day 2018. Bonnie had given birth to 5 beautiful pups a few days later. This young man is a curious and energetic dingo who greets you with the biggest smile on his face the second he sees you. Copper loves exploring on walks with Bonnie and travels well in the car. He is doing well with his training, but does need that strong lead to guide him in the right direction.Copper is in great health. All vet work will be up-to-date upon adoption. We would love for Bonnie and Copper to be rehomed together. The pair would be best suited to a home where they are the only animals and are able to run around. Copper would be able to take advantage of his cheeky and free spirited nature. If you can give this pair a loving home, please fill out the application form at www.dingoden.net/adopt
These handsome dudes are Monty and Riley, affectionately known as the “Twins”.Recently rescued, these brothers are learning the ropes of pet life and enjoying it. They love playing with each other and are quite bonded, so ideally, we are looking for a home for them as a pair. Riley and Monty are really great mates. Both boys are very sweet and affectionate and will do the greyhound lean into your body. Their foster carer says they are super easy to look after and they are currently in foster with kids as well.
Will only be rehomed together! These 2 gorgeous boys are in need of a new home through no fault of their own. They do not like dogs so must be to a dog free home. They are really affectionate and are currently staying in a cattery and missing full time human company. The boys are toilet trained, fastidious with their hygiene, and they are also socialised with other cats. Previously indoor cats and only here do they venture out in the outside enclosed exercise area. They haven’t been exposed to children yet, so older, quiet children may be ok. If you can offer these guys a loving home, please contact Alison on the details below.
