It feels a little awkward to say this, but we need your help.
You’re probably thinking PetRescue will be fine if you don’t give anything today. Because someone else always gives, right? But only 0.05% of visitors to PetRescue donate. And here's the thing... If every pet lover using the website donated just $15 this tax time, in less than one week we'd raise enough funds to make sure we’re here for another year - helping more people like you and thousands more rescue pets in need. So, if PetRescue is useful to you, please take a moment to help. Thank you.
It only takes a minute to create happiness like this!
Your kind gift will support PetRescue’s animal welfare programs and free digital services, including Australia’s best free pet adoption platform that connects more than 9,000 rescue pets in need of homes with 20,000 potential adopters every day!
Give monthly, and you’ll become part of our passionate community of adoption advocates invested in a future where every pet is safe, respected and loved.
All gifts over $2 are tax deductible and give all the good feels, knowing that you’re creating happiness and helping to save lives.

Hazel is a little shy when you first met her, but please don't let that turn you away from this beautiful girl. She has been overlooked for months because of this. Once this lovely girl opens her trust to you, which will only take a week or two, she probably won't leave your side. She is loyal, affectionate and quite the smooch. From a foster carers point of view, I think she would do really well with an older child as a bonded pet or with an older person. I hope that person (child or older person) would love her just as much as she would love them. Hazel also has a lovely brother called Finn. Finn is a big loving softie!Visit Finn's profile here: https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/523049We would love for Finn & Hazel to go to a home together, as they were rescued together and have lived together since birth.
Beautiful 'Cindy Clawford'.... For obvious reasons this little beauty was called Cindy because of her fabulous beauty spot! This sweet little girl has always been a purring machine! She will be your most loyal best friend - a total lap cat no doubt about it. Meet Oreo. He is a handsome chap with a lovely chilled out personality. Playful, but relaxed.Full of fun, but not too much. He loves people, especially when they rub his belly!!Oreo has bonded strongly with his foster-sister Cindy (www.petrescue.com.au/listings/535542) and they are looking for someone to love the pair of them.Oreo and Cindy - the sweetest pair you could meet - are available for adoption now! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. We'd love to hear from you.
☘ ANNOUNCING - Ruby & Sox ☘A lonely kitty is a sad kitty, and there’s nothing better to keep a cat occupied than having another cat to romp with or to clean those hard-to-reach patches of fur (have you every tried to lick the top of your head?). LUCKY for you, we come as a TWO! And we have been a pair for eight whole years 💕Hi my name is Sox, I'm a torti girl and I have a confession to make: The only other cat cool enough to keep my company is Ruby. She's the best. I should also admit that I don't meow, I squeak, cause I'm cute like that. I'm also renowned for making the best eye contact, like, soul deep kind of stares.Ruby here, I'm 11, and as the older, wiser woman of the pair I'll tell you the important stuff:We are very easy going cats and love a lap to snuggle on or a bed. We would like to be the only cats in our new forever home as Sox doesn't really like other cats. We love wet food, more than dry food, and as the older more responsible cat I will locate the food cupboard and sit next to it to remind you about breakfast and dinner. You're welcome. If you would like to meet Ruby & Sox please fill in this adoption application form http://j.mp/Adoptionforms Or email email@example.com#doublethefun #twiceasnice #adoptdontshop #perthrescueangelsAC0929 - RubyGender: Female Breed: Domestic Short Hair Colour: GreyDOB: 06/08/2007AC0928 - SoxGender: Female Breed: Domestic Short Hair Colour: TortiDOB: 01/02/2009Joint Adoption Fee: $200*Ruby and Sox's adoption fee includes vet check, sterilisation, vaccination, microchip, flea and worm treatment*

Are you a caring, patient cat lover who has a soft spot for shy cats? Mumma is such a deserving little lady who will enjoy plenty of cuddles and pats, once you've earned her trust. She will knead and purr constantly when given attention and very playful with those she trusts. Mumma is currently in care with 3 other cats, 2 of which are her babies (now 7 months old) and a small cat friendly dog. She's quite fond of her doggie housemate and will often smooch with her. She's not overly keen to share her home with other cats but is very bonded to her son, Possum. They sleep together, play together and enjoy each others company. It would be lovely to see them head off to their forever home together 💕This sweet little lady enjoys the comfort and security of an open crate during the day so that she can opt to hide herself away if feeling frightened. This is her safe place....Mumma also likes to keep all 4 paws on the ground (not a fan of being picked up) and will retreat to her little hideaway when strangers come to visit. Litter Trained ✔️Playful ✔️ (once you gain her trust)Dog friendly ✔️ (small cat friendly dogs)Child friendly ❌ (no exposure to children while in care)Indoor only cat ✔️We are looking for a quiet, calm home for Mumma....her new home should be willing to let her adapt at her own pace, and provided with a crate or safe place where she has the option to retreat. She would be best suited to living with adults only, no children, unless quiet teenagers. She is very driven to hunt when it comes to pocket pets, particularly birds, so should be housed indoors only (or enclosed outdoor area).Mumma has had all her vet work done and although she's probably not ready to meet you, she will in time, learn to love you. She is located in Budgewoi, on the Central Coast NSW.
Audrey and Avery have been hand raised since being found by a lovely member of the public who took them home and fed and loved them before giving them over to DCH to care for. They have had lots of handling and human interaction. They have both grown to be lovely kittens. They are small in size for their age due to being hand raised but will catch up.They love to play and explore and constantly play together. The "AA" sisters were found at approx 1.5 weeks of age without a mother in a horse stable. One of their siblings was eaten by something and 2 other siblings were found dead so these 2 are the survivors from the litter. These two are to be rehomed together as a bonded pair as they deserve to stay together. We are looking for a very special home for the "AA" sisters where they can live with their new family as indoors only cats. They would love a family who can play and interact with them and give them lots of attention.Located in Acacia Gardens near the Parklea area.
Tinkerbell and Peter Pan are a super friendly sibling duo with lots of love to give! They had a hard start to life and are now thriving in foster care. Both Tink and Pan are confident and loving cats who will want to snuggle you from day one!Peter Pan is a big boy but so gentle. He just loves to cuddle on the couch and likes to chat and let his foster parents know where he is. He is finding his inner kitten and loved to pounce on his toys and on his sister Tink. He is a big ball of fluff and will definitely keep you warm this winter! Pan loves dinner time and will hang out in the kitchen with you to remind you its always meal time.Little Tinkerbell is a quirky character with lots of personality! She will take a little longer to find her feet in her new home, but is a big smooch and she purrs a tonne. Tink is a bit obsessed with her brother and she loves to knead his tummy before she settles down for a nap. She will love any cosy bed or blanket you can provide! While she doesn’t chat (yet!) Tink loves to follow her foster humans around the house and will throw herself on your feet to remind you she’s there! Tink and Pan will need to find a loving home together and would love a family that have time to play but also cosy up on the couch. They are used to being home along during the day, so this wouldn’t bother them at all.Tink: 956000010837329 Pan: 956000010521760Want to meet me in person? Fleur is a very timid girl. She so badly wants cuddles but is just not trusting of the world. She would suit a super quiet and calm home and someone who is willing to give her the time and patience she needs. She is tolerant of other cats if she is given space but is not interested in becoming friends with dogs.
