About Grampy
😸💙🐾 MEET GRAMPY! 🐾💙😸
Meowello, my name is Grampy but my foster mum calls me "Gramieee"! I am just a little over one year old. While I am a sweet little girl, I am pretty nervous around new people and loud noises! However I did immediately settled in my foster home as it was a quiet and safe home away from being in the shelter. On the first day, I was already asking for pats! I love to sit near the window and stare outside to look at the birds. I will give little chirps too. It would be nice if my new home allows me to continue my favourite morning bird-watching activity! While I am usually quiet and nap a lot like most cats, I love playing with toys - my favourite being the hand wands stings and feathers! Come meet me in my foster home if you think I could be your new best friend!
Foster mum: Grammie is absolute sweetheart! She got these perfect round chubby cheeks that is just too adorable! She would love to be around people but she would best suit a home without too many people or young kids as she gets spooked easily. She has been introduced to a small dog but she would stay away from the dog so a friendly dog might be okay with a slow introduction with plenty of space for them to be apart. Grammie has also been around other cats who she loves and similarly may do the same with a slow introduction. She would otherwise be fine being the only cat so she can rule the house. Previously Grammie had diarrhoea due to feline coronavirus but has now resolved. She has transitioned to Science Hills' Dental Care and Perfect Digestion Adult to continue providing a balanced diet and looking after her dental hygiene.

Medical Notes
Grampy is suspected of having a condition called Juvenile Gingivitis, an inflammation of the gums which is painful, and can lead to infections and more severe dental disease. Many cats will grow out of this issue before approximately 2 years of age, however some will have the condition for life.
Adoption details
Just browse some of the photos of our beautiful cats available for adoption or come to our shelter in Shenton Park to meet our many beautiful kitties.
Please be aware that the cats featured on this page represent only a very small portion of the total number of beautiful felines we have available for adoption. We do not include any of our kittens on this page, as the turnover for youngsters is simply too high to keep up-dating, but we always have many beautiful kittens looking for homes!
Also many of our cats and kittens are currently staying in temporary foster homes out in the community but are still looking for a loving home, so please call Cat Haven in advance if you want to make arrangements for a meeting with a foster cat.
