Harriet

Meet Miss Harriet, affectionately called Honey.

She is Harrier Hound approx 3-4 years old. She’s now looking for a forever home where she can be included as a family member.

She’s very sweet, and quiet. And just a delight. We don’t know a lot about her history, as she came via a pound.

She is house trained, and sleeps inside at night. And she is a typical Harrier Hound. Sweet and affectionate. Loves people, dog social, active, loves kids. She travels well in a car, and is very typical of the breed. And also happy to lounge around. However she does follow her nose.

She’s currently in a rural setting, and has been fine. But does need some where secure to be housed when you are not home. She also hasn’t jumped a fence while being in care, but if a gate is open she will take advantage of the opportunity and her recall instantly doesn’t exist.

So she’s the all round family dog, good for cuddles, kids, and loves an outing, provided she’s on a lead or in a fenced area. Gets on great with dogs of all sizes, sexes and breeds.
