Still looking for her Happy Ever After
Stunning Miss Frankie is a 6 month old Staghound x Bull Arab
With her supermodel long legs, amber eyes and adorable smile, Frankie is the most gorgeous girl, with a beautiful nature, loving people and dogs alike- she really is the full package!
As a result of an injury her tail had to be amputated when she first came into foster care, but the vet made sure to keep a little bob tail which never stops wagging.
Frankie is such a loving girl, she prefers to be with (or on, if possible) her person at all times.
If you are looking for a loyal and constant companion, then you have found your match.
She has been working hard on her inside manners- housetraining is 100 % when she had access to outside, and she is learning to curb her excitement in confined spaces and stay away from the countertops where the yummy things tend to be.
She comes beautifully when called, is learning basic commands, and walks nicely on a leash, but will need someone who is committed to her ongoing training as she has only just started her learning journey.
Frankie adores her doggy foster brother, but if left alone she can be a little anxious.
We think that with some patience and training that she would learn to settle on her own but she would be best suited to a home where someone is around most of the time, or where she has another calm dog to keep her company.
She is dog friendly and plays nicely with her doggy foster brother.
She is not tested with cats but due to her breed she may have a high prey drive which may not be ideal for cats and pocket pets.
She is an athletic girl who would love an active family.
She will need some yard to run around in, and preferably 6 foot fencing to ensure she does not come looking for you when you are out.
Frankie is desexed and vaccinated (1st dose) to date as well as up to date with her flea and worm treatments.
She will need her final booster vaccination in May at her adopter’s expense.
Frankie is in foster care at Tarragindi and her adoption fee is $595.
If you feel you are the family for Frankie, please send us a detailed message telling us all about yourself and the wonderful life she would share with you.
We do shortlist meets based on best matches on paper so please do not be afraid to sell yourself.

Adoption process includes a meet and greet followed by a home visit ( in your home) by one of our team. Photo ID will also be required upon application.
