About Caesar
Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your ears - my name is Caesar! I am a four year old grey & white boy who loves taking naps in strange positions around the house and getting lots of pats.
I am usually a very calm and low energy cat, if anyone is looking for a movie buddy. I don't like to be picked up very much, as I am more of a land kitty. I like to sit next to my humans on the couch for cuddles or play with my toys in the evening.
I am very food motivated and will let you know when it's time to eat. I am currently on diet bikkies as I am on my weight-loss journey, but some regular play time/exercise would be great for me! I am great using my scratching post and mat.
I would love a calm, child free home. I am unsure of other pets as I haven't met any at my foster home but don't think I would like to as I'm a bit skittish. I am looking for a new home after my previous owner became allergic to me! They described me as a bit of a couch potato who's not a lap cat but will sit close.
Email Fostercare with your phone details and my foster mum will be in touch to arrange a meet and greet at my foster home in Mt Lawley.
As I have been waiting for a forever home for a few months my adoption fee has been waived and I will go to my new home with a bag of Metabolic food.
Health Issues
Caesar has a mild case of gingivitis. Dental hygiene may help prevent its development. He also has a waiver for Weight Management.
Caesar has tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). FIV is a retrovirus that can compromise the immune system, spread by fighting and deep penetrating wounds. He should lead a normal life despite this diagnosis, but there are a few special considerations that need to be made in regards to his health and well-being long term. These include being an inside only cat; slow and careful introduction to other cats; and annual vaccinations and health checks.
Adoption details
Just browse some of the photos of our beautiful cats available for adoption or come to our shelter in Shenton Park to meet our many beautiful kitties.
Please be aware that the cats featured on this page represent only a very small portion of the total number of beautiful felines we have available for adoption. We do not include any of our kittens on this page, as the turnover for youngsters is simply too high to keep up-dating, but we always have many beautiful kittens looking for homes!
Also many of our cats and kittens are currently staying in temporary foster homes out in the community but are still looking for a loving home, so please call Cat Haven in advance if you want to make arrangements for a meeting with a foster cat.
