About Meisie
🌸🌸 MEISIE 🌸🌸
Meet the gorgeous and snuggly Meisie (Pronounced Macy) which is Afrikaans for ‘Girl’, who is ready to find her furever 💕
She arrived in to care after being found dumped in a rubbish dumpster, then 2 weeks later she was giving birth to her 4 gorgeous kitties! It was amazing, for her foster family, watching her be such an awesome mumma and helping her raise her babies 🥰
This gorgeous girl has won everyone’s hearts with how much she adores company and snuggles 💜 She is a vocal girl and will follow you around chatting to you asking for pats and tickles throughout the day 😊
Meisie gets along well with her foster brother who is a little doggo! Although she and the resident cat at her foster home don't see eye to eye, we believe Meisie will adjust to a home with another cat after slow introductions 😊 (as most cats need 😊)
Although we will never know her history of how she ended up in that dumpster but we can promise her a future full of love ❤ and although she is a little bit shy when first meeting people, once she warms up to you she thoroughly enjoys company from family and visitors alike. She will be a warm and special friend for a very lucky family 💗

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if application is approved.
2a. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption.
2b. If meeting a cat we do NOT recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal will NOT be taken on the day unless PRIOR APPROVAL seeked, we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 14 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork/records is sent via email if not given in a kitten/puppy pack.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly/fortnightly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives and vaccinations current after adoption.
