Two best friend who met under the most unlikely of circumstances are now looking for their loving forever home!
Sweet boy Crow had been dumped in a factory warehouse with a velcro strap wound tightly 4-5 times around his neck, likely in an effort to hinder his ability to crow.
Crow had an eye injury which turned out to be a mass behind his eye resulting in the need to remove his eye. He healed incredibly fast and has had no issues adjusting to only having one eye. He deserves so much more than the awful cards he was dealt previously.
Poor little Dusty was surrendered to a vet clinic after his human passed away, a caring vet nurse took him home and made sure he found a safe half way home with us
Both boys have very similar personalities and being small and gentle they have always steered clear of the big boys.
Crow was quite lonely before Dusty came along but now he and his best buddy go everywhere together! They are never appart so we's love to see them find a home where they can grow old together.
Dispite his name we have never actually heard Crow, crow and we suspect that it's because he was found with velcro wrapped very tightly around his neck to prevent him from being able to do so, Dusty is also a quiet boy but he has a soft crow that is very polite and is sure to get a giggle out of you
If you could give Crow and dusty a beautiful forever home where he will be considered family, we'd love to hear from you!
Crow's eye was removed by a vet and requires no ongoing care or maintenance.
Our adoption process is an initial application form, followed by a conversation over message or phone, and finally a property check. Adopters must agree to the condition that animals must be returned to our rescue if they can no longer stay in their home.
