About Bagel
💙🥯 BAGEL 🥯💙
Introducing the handsome Bagel, who is ready to find his furever family 🥰
Bagel is the loudest, sassiest, most demanding and affectionate little man 🥰 He has a loud purr he will reward your pats with, he loves to knead those minky blankets when it's cuddle time. He absolutely loves food, perhaps a bit too much :P (has a tendency to push the other cats away from their bowls, so feeding him in a seperate room is best).
He loves to play with the other young cat in his foster home, Bagel would love a home with another young cat to play with and keep him company 😊 he might be quite lonely as a single cat, especially if his human family aren’t around all the time. He is quite affectionate towards his senior foster doggo, so will be fine in a house with a dog 💜
A launch room and slow, short, supervised introductions successfully integrated Bagel into his foster home.. but as he is a higher energy cat he does sometimes need down time to chill out alone away from the other cats 😊 He can get a bit overwhelmed by a busy home at times, so a home with older kids who can respect his space would be ideal 💕 overall this gorgeous guy is quite chill and spends a fair bit of time just watching the world out of a window or sleeping on the dining table 😊

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if application is approved.
2a. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption.
2b. If meeting a cat we do NOT recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
3. The animal will NOT be taken on the day unless PRIOR APPROVAL seeked, we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
4. 14 day settling in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster carer.
5. Adoption is finalised after 14 days and paperwork/records is sent via email if not given in a kitten/puppy pack.
6. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly/fortnightly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives and vaccinations current after adoption.
