Hi, my name is Phoenix!

When I dream about my furever family I often hope they have kids cause I looooove children! I’m currently living with two kids who are 10 and 12 and they spoil me with lots of love and pats. I’m a very affectionate boy and can never get enough pats!

I’d also be happy in a home without children, just as long as I get some attention and good exercise! I love going on walks as much as possible - gives me a chance to explore and expend some energy and of course have some quality time with you.

At my foster home, I’ve been working hard on learning to sit, stay, lie down and wait patiently for my food, like the gentleman I am. I’m also practicing good leash etiquette - I can sit patiently at gates and road crossings and I’m trying my best not to pull on the leash too much! With a bit more practice and patience I’ll be a pro in no time!

I had a bit of a traumatic experience recently and I might need a little while to adjust to being comfortable around other dogs. For that reason, a home without any other dogs, cats or other animal friends is probably best for me right now. That way I can dedicate all my time and affection to you!
