About Taaj
TAAJ
Siberian Husky
Female (D)
Age – 10 Years Young
Located – Penrith Area, NSW
Should one be inclined to research the meaning of my name they will find it means, quite simply, “Crown”.
With a ceremonial robe of red and mesmerising peepers that shine brighter than the most priceless of crown jewels, my overall carriage and attitude lends itself to being addressed as Queen of the Household.
I also respond to “Ranga”, or, if you’re silly enough to leave leftovers unattended, “Bin Chicken”.
Within my home environment my four-legged male siblings quickly understood the new line of succession. My younger, in-your-face female counterpart fails to acknowledge receipt of the memo. As neither of us are what you would call the back-down type, with the rise of the full moon we may fail to remind ourselves that the alternative of co-existence is missing out on the creature comforts of indoor living.
When it comes to the humans I show a massive bias towards the menfolk, with the residual weights placed on gender first, height second. Although I grew up protecting young toddlers in my last home, moving forward it’s best that any permanent children be of high school age and above.
In addition to my woo-woo’s and backchatter, one must become offay with - and listen to - my tolerance barometer a.k.a “Growls of Mood”. For example when I’m in that tummy rub zone and my eyes roll backwards, the sounds that emit from my throat are other-worldly. From the underworld. It’s quite endearing once you “get it”, somewhat scary if you don’t.
I reward your willingness to take me on adventure by being an absolute pleasure to walk on lead. One favourite destination after exploring the neighbourhood is the local dog park, where friends of all shapes and sizes welcome my somewhat clumsy and rather uncoordinated attempts at play.
Moving forward I’m ideally searching for a routine-stable home who are wanting for that “missing link”. Willingness to pander to my every need and want a must.
Now ask yourself, are you worthy?
