About Daphne (Experienced Owners Only)
Daphne is a shy, timid, very small little lady who is looking for an experienced and patient owner.
Daphne came to us in July ‘21 after she was found half-dead and bleeding, suffering a broken jaw and tail. She made it through her surgeries - losing her tail but not her spirit. Daphne is now healthy and happy, suffering no ongoing issues from her car accident.
Daphne is patiently waiting for her forever family and hopes that they might have a feline friend or two to play with.
Daphne doesn’t love human contact but she is always willing to sneak up on the lounge or bed and request a bite of whatever you are eating ❤️ She’s very food motivated.
We know there is someone kind out there for Daphne, who will love and care her even though she may never be able to show affection.
Daphne is 100% litter trained and gets along well with other cats once she is comfortable with them. She would do best in a home already has a feline brother or sister waiting for her.
She is also ok with small dogs - she won’t love them but she’s not one for confrontation. She’s currently living inside with 3 other cats and 6 small dogs.
Possibly her cutest features are her little bunny/deer tail and her soulful eyes, you can see the world in those peepers!
Daphne comes with a 6 month trial period, during which time, if it doesn’t work out, please return her for a full refund. If, for any reason, you are no longer able to care for Daph at ANY point during her lifetime, please bring her back to us.
Medical notes
Daphne suffered a broken jaw and tail after being hit by a car in 2021. Her jaw was wired and once healed, this was removed. Her tail required amputation. She has no ongoing health issues.
Daphne has a clean bill of health, is up-to-date with her F4 vaccination, is FIV/FeLV negative and had her latest dental scale and polish in 2022.
