About Mr Grey & Ginger Grey
These two bonded brothers, Mr. Grey and Ginger Grey, were fresh faced young country boys from rural NSW when they were rescued and brought to the big smoke. They have really taken to their life in foster care and they've become quite handy around the house.
Ginger is an apprentice carpenter, he really likes joinery and spends a lot of time in the cupboards admiring it (and having a nap).
Mr Grey is foreman or senior management material. He is a great supervisor of all the action, when he isn't involved in the action. He is the first on the scene to investigate everything and laughs in the face of danger, even the vacuum cleaner!
Ginger likes adventure too, but he is seriously committed to his napping schedule first and foremost, and sometimes won't even come for dinner until he has clocked up his hours.
The boys are lost without each other. They enjoy human company as well and although they are both still a bit shy, they are getting more and more affectionate all the time.
They are still pretty young (about 18 months old)and need a carer who will be patient with them as they learn to fully trust in humans.
They are still scared of strangers, nervous about being picked up, and are not fully domesticated yet by any means.
Best suited to an adult household, they would also enjoy having access to a garden if possible as they are curious young cats who like getting into everything and would benefit from having a large area to explore. Without this they’ll be into all your bits and bobs, rummaging through your stuff, and generally taking over the place.

Please be aware that Paws and Recover is run by volunteers who also work. We endeavour to answer enquires as quickly as possible. Some animals will inevitably be very popular and will generate many enquires. Where there is a high volume of enquires received, it will be our priority to contact those that best fit the requirements of the animal. This may mean that it is not possible for all enquires to be answered. Please keep an eye on the website for all updates.
Providing quality information as a part of your enquiry including information about your home environment, family, work hours, other pets and what you are looking for in a companion animal along with what you can offer one will greatly assist.
