Beautiful big boy Rafiki is best described as a purring attack monster! He's guaranteed to bring lots of joy and a little fear into any household :) Rafiki's huge personality is almost as big as his lovely chonky body. He LOVES to play - especially with any unwary hands that stray into his territory! - and also enjoys carrying his toys around like the little hunter he is.

Snuggling and lap catting with his humans is another favourite activity, right up there with stalking and snoozing! Rafiki also likes to watch you shower, then hop straight in after you for a paddle in the water before tracking his wet paw prints through the house :)

I love to trick people into patting me by rubbing and purring around their ankles, then grabbing them with my paws! You may not love this as much as I do, it's awesome fun. Ignore the warning signs at your peril...

Like all Maggie's pets, Rafiki is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I'm looking for a calm household (I am quite noise sensitive), ideally with experienced cat people who can spend plenty of time playing with me. I'll also need you to keep me on the straight and narrow with my diet, as I LOVE food so much! (Speaking of - I am currently on a special diet food to help me lose some of my chonk. When I have lost the weight, I will return to a special urinary food. See medical notes.)

I come with an array of accessories, so a little bit of room to spread out in would be great. I'm used to being an indoor cat, though I do enjoy a spot of bird-watching through the windows and would love to explore a garden/courtyard on a harness, if you are up for the challenge of harness training me!

MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm either fast asleep or racing around like a mad thing, there's no in-between!

MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Because of my cheeky penchant for stalking, I'll do best with teenage kids and over.

MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I haven't met any cats or dogs whilst in care, but the hoomans think I would really benefit from having a furry sibling to rumble with!
