About Randal
PURRSONALITY TRAITS
Randal is very quiet and takes a while to get to know you. He is only 5 months old so still has lots of time to grow in confidence if given time and love. He need to be adopted to a single-cat household and stay indoors or confined to a sheltered, secure cat enclosure only due to his feline coronavirus background - see below!
He will sleep anywhere!! He is in foster with his brother (who is not yet ready for adoption) and he loves him very much He also loves to play and he will sleep anywhere!!
He loves his food and is a real squawker. He will like anyone that gives him food!
He is a very clean cat and uses the litter tray.
Come meet this cute kitten at his foster home in Mindarie.
Health Issues
Randal has been exposed to Feline Coronovirus (FCoV) and has positive titres for this virus. Due to the virus being highly contagious, to limit the spread it is important that this cat remains in a single-cat household, and should be kept indoors. FCoV is spread to other cats via the faecal-oral route. It is important to note that Feline Coronavirus is NOT the same as the human Coronavirus. This virus has been prevalent within cats for many decades and is NOT transmissible to humans.
Adoption details
Just browse some of the photos of our beautiful cats available for adoption or come to our shelter in Shenton Park to meet our many beautiful kitties.
Please be aware that the cats featured on this page represent only a very small portion of the total number of beautiful felines we have available for adoption. We do not include any of our kittens on this page, as the turnover for youngsters is simply too high to keep up-dating, but we always have many beautiful kittens looking for homes!
Also many of our cats and kittens are currently staying in temporary foster homes out in the community but are still looking for a loving home, so please call Cat Haven in advance if you want to make arrangements for a meeting with a foster cat.
